Baking Tips
FOR A HIGH RISING CRUST
Allow the pizza to warm to room temperature for 15 to 25 minutes before baking.
WHEN USING A PIZZA STONE
Preheat stone to manufacturer's recommended temperature, drop temperature to 425°, slide both pizza and paper onto stone.
ALWAYS CHECK PIE
During first 5 minutes to pop any bubbles the might appear
OUR PIZZAS ARE SPECIALLY PREPARED
To bake at 425° in a conventional over, taking only 10-15 minutes to cook. No baking pan necessary. All pizzas are made to order, sealed on ovenproof baking sheets, and come with complete cooking instructions.
